By accessing or using Autunes ("the Service"), operated by Autunes ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Autunes is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music from text descriptions. Our Service includes:

AI music generation from text prompts
Multiple genre support including Bollywood, Hindi, Punjabi, and 70+ other genres
Audio-to-audio remix features (Pro/Creator plans)
Music library and playlist management
Download and sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Autunes, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Autunes offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Creator passes (₹599 and ₹2,999 for 30 days in India, or yearly), plus single-song licences and credit top-ups. When you buy:

Each pass is a one-time payment for 30 days or one year; passes never renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you buy again
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency (INR, USD, EUR, GBP and others) and include applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases with 30 days notice

5. Content Ownership & License

Your Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts and lyrics you submit. For the music Autunes generates for you:

Paid songs are yours: once you have bought a Pro or Creator pass, every song in your account belongs to you, including songs you made earlier on the Free plan; a single-song licence (₹9 in India, priced locally elsewhere) makes that song yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, Autunes assigns to you its rights in that generated audio.
Use it anywhere: you may use such songs commercially without limit, including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok monetization, ads, films, games, podcasts, client work and sync licensing, and you may release them on Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, YouTube Music and other stores through any distributor.
No royalties: Autunes takes no royalty, revenue share or credit requirement on songs you own. Your earnings are yours.
Creation proof: each song carries a creation certificate with its audio fingerprint and creation date that you can show to platforms or distributors.
Free Plan: songs made on the Free plan may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Buy a single-song licence or a pass at any time to make that song yours on the terms above. Autunes may feature free-plan songs that you have not licensed on its platform and in its own promotion.
You are responsible for the lyrics, names and other material you put into a song and for following each platform's rules on AI-generated content (for example, disclosure).

Our Rights

We retain ownership of the Autunes platform, AI models, and underlying technology. We may use anonymized usage data to improve our Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Autunes to:

Generate content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
Create hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content
Impersonate artists or claim AI music as human-created
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
Abuse the Service through automated scripts or bots
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the platform
Upload a recording you do not own or have the rights to use and modify

7. Fair Usage Policy

Each plan includes a credit allowance. Zori5 Turbo costs 10 credits per song, Zori5.5 XL costs 15 credits per song. Abusive usage patterns may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension:

Free: 25 credits (lifetime) + 20 credits/day refill
Pro: 300 credits/month + 20 credits/day safety net
Creator: 1100 credits/month + 20 credits/day safety net
Extra credits: ₹199 for 100 credits (any plan)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific quality or output of AI-generated music
That generated content will be unique or not similar to existing works
Compatibility with all devices or platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autunes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ends immediately
We may delete your data after a reasonable period
Provisions regarding ownership, liability, and disputes survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
